Celebrated Mother’s Day for lunch. Complimentary Prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch. The food was incredible especially the catch of the day. Excellent service throughout the meal. I definitely will be going back.

We had Catch of The Day (Sea Bass), and Special Fish and Chips.Both were super delicious, perfect taste, perfectly cooked.It was the first time we had Fish and Chips with 2 special sauces, yummy.They even gave us 1 prawn on the side (it was chef's surprise).The prawn was also really delicious.The service was excellent, the staffs were friendly.But the atmosphere was not really cozy because it was noisy when we had dinner there.Free wifi for customers is available.Toilet for customers is available.

This was a fabulous meal, excellent staff and delicious food. Great choices on the menu and very reasonable prices. We thoroughly enjoyed it and we will be coming back!

Had a lovely meal at the crab recently. The pan fried hake was absolutely exceptional, a truly perfect dish that was full of flavour and well seasoned. The scallops were ok but the dish was a bit over engineered for my liking. Very reasonable wine list with a great Picpoul. The service was friendly but at times a little inattentive with a few requests forgotten and we weren’t offered dessert.

Beautiful meal, highlight of our trip! We had the brownsea oysters and they were the nicest oysters we have had, and we had a special lobster seafood linguine - best seafood we have ever had! Our servers were wonderful, Varun and Shubham were friendly, helpful and made sure we had a lovely view of the pier! 10/10

Five-star service! ⭐️✨⭐️✨⭐️I had an incredible experience at Crab today. The service was absolutely wonderful — from start to finish, everyone was kind and attentive. But I must give a special mention to the manager, Daniel. Five stars are not enough for him! He was outstanding — truly exceptional. I honestly don’t have the words to thank him for what he did for me today. His support and care went far beyond what I ever expected. Thank you, Daniel — you made a difference, and I’ll never forget it.

Has the potential to be amazing but misses the mark.The live piano was a lovely touch.The oysters were delicious local oysters, but the presentation was terrible. The shallot vinger which was not good was served in a tiny old jam pot where you couldn't fit in a spoon to get it.Service was slow.Muscles where small dry and shriveled.Sticky water bottles.My partners food was ok.The cocktails were not good either, though the barman tried to rectify the cocktail both I had which were diffrent were bad.They charge highend prices and what they're offering at best is mediocre.

Good views from the cafe. Missed the breakfast serving which was a shame. Had to go and order at the bar as took sometime for someone to give us the menu and come to the table for an order. Food looked good for those they were serving.

Right by the Boscombe seafront, this spot is for a quality food with a view. We stopped in on a chilly afternoon, so unfortunately couldn’t make the most of their sea-facing terrace, but even from indoors, the coastal charm was very much alive. The interior struck a lovely balance—modern, airy and full of vibrant tones, it felt relaxed and light-hearted, perfectly echoing the beachside vibe outside.We tried the cheese toastie and the beef burger, and both dishes surpassed expectations. The toastie was a real comfort dish—oozing with mature, sharp cheddar, and grilled to a perfect golden crisp. The balance of crunch and creaminess was spot on, and the bread had that ideal tang of a well-fermented sourdough, elevating it beyond the everyday.The burger was a highlight. The beef patty was clearly house-made, juicy, expertly cooked, and seasoned in a way that let the meat shine without being overpowering. The bun was soft yet structured, holding everything together nicely, and the garnish was fresh, simple and well-proportioned.For a casual lunch by the sea, this place really hits the mark. We’ll definitely be back, hopefully next time for a long lunch in the sun on that gorgeous terrace.

This was a very positive experience. Location, drinks and serving staff made you feel like it was the place to be! An old guy troubled us at our table and we had difficulty shifting him, but a young member of staff gently moved him on. He was polite about it, so we reflected his actions in the tip!

I can't give it five stars because I did not eat there. Fair selection of drinks and excellent, friendly service. The beachfront location is a wow! We could have sat there all day. Lovely vibe about the place and I should imagine that it transforms into a lovely evening hangout.

Being located on the beach front, it is a really beautiful location to have breakfast in the morning sun!!! The food was really nice, and I'd say average value for money. We pre-booked, which I'd highly recommended doing, especially if it's going to be a warm day as it can get very busy very easily. The service was fairly quick, but nearer the end it was difficult to get hold of someone for the bill, we just enjoyed the sunshine in the meantime. I couldn't see any soft drink options on the menu, but plenty of hot beverages, ice coffee and cocktails available, they also have water stations for you to help yourself. Overall, I would definitely recommend trying this restaurant.

Can’t go wrong with beach front property , or so I thought. Kitchen staff look professional and produce good , if not spectacular. But front of house look lost and untrained, “Hi guys” & random student clothing. Maybe that is for the surfer / student vibe; but it doesn’t match the prices. No greeter when you enter, tired looking menus. Overall good, but could do better.

A fabulous hot chocolate served by very pleasant & knowledgeable staff in a funky atmosphere that is totally suited to it’s beach front location. Highly recommended for food &/or drinks.

LOVE this gem in Bournemouth. Excellent drink and cocktail options, delicious food, and incredible service.Was in town on business and happy to find a comfortable and quiet place that is also aesthetically beautiful.Came back the next night to enjoy it again. Will be adding this to my list of must visit places for each time I am in Bournemouth.

Stopped by for brunch with a kiddo, we both had pancake with bacon and syrup (kids + adult portions) + kid orange juice (free) and a berry smoothie for me. Great food and service (our server Max was efficient and super nice). A little bit pricey for me at £25, but maybe that is just what things cost these days 🙃Recommended!

Well done to Holly who looked after us superbly and was friendly and professional throughout. Breakfast was excellently prepared and the dirty breakfast butty was wonderful. Great decor also. All good, no problems. Go here. Approx £15 per head for meal and coffees.

Hosted my 25th Birthday at Cosy Club in Bournemouth at the weekend which was a Gatsby/1920s style party.Communication with Beth on the lead up to the event was perfect answering my questions and giving plenty of information about the room hire. We were given enough time to set up before guests arrived and accommodated us and suppliers like our Photo Booth really well.The bar staff: Katie, Zeynep and Lana looked after us throughout the event and brought the best vibes to the party. Lots of guests commented on how amazing the staff were. A huge thanks to them for a great night. Katie even drew a lil portrait of me. Very sweet.We got the light finger food for our buffet and there was plenty of options for everyone suiting everyone's dietary requirements.Would definitely recommend the venue and would 100% hire out again for future events.

Excellent atmosphère, chilled lounge. ox cheek pasta was good but rather cold, felt like it was assembled instead of cooked together on premises and was very average value for money / tiny portion given 20gbp price ask!

Good selection of pizzas on menu, although I feel guilty as soon as i see them next to the calories 🤣 staff are friendly, always a good view of the characters in Bournemouth through the window. We enjoy visiting this restaurant! But find the drink menu is pricey for soft drinks.

Had a great time, ordered from the drink and food from the table which arrived promptly.Both pizzas 🍕 were very nice with good flavour combinations.Only negative seats a little uncomfortable.

Lovely pizza....Went for an evening meal at this well-located restaurant overlooking the lower gardens. We booked in advance but found the main door unmanned upon arrival. A welcome sign directed us to take a table and order at the bar or table via the app, but the app wasn't working. We ended up ordering at the bar.The interior boasts a rustic wood style with casual benches and tables. The restaurant specializes in pizzas, which are expertly fired and cooked to perfection. We enjoyed the sausage, chorizo, sizzler, and goat pizzas with sides. Other main courses are also available.While the service was a bit slow, we didn't even bother with extra drinks or dessert due to the wait.

What an amazing place. The food is fantastic and there is the best range of ciders you could hope for. I recommend the rapscallion! The two people who served me, Katelyn and Shamel, were friendly, clued up on the menu, and both showed great knowledge on the mass selection of ciders. Thank you Bournemouth Stable, I shall definitely be returning!

The food deserves five stars, it was very good. Good pizza and very tasty.The rest, unfortunately is not getting to the same level.First, the place feels like a regular, even average pub around the corner. It is a shame, could be much better.The toilets were really bad, they were deep cleaned probably months ago. Overall, the place wasn't clean at all.The service and paying system, way under expectation. Nothing to give you the feeling of a restaurant in the centre of Bournemouth.Ordering on your mobile, paying and then waiting without any confirmation from the staff? It's like a delivery order or take away but you decide to take a seat, for a while. Service in hospitality industry is something way different, not this.Not at the end, the music was too loud for 2pm. And because of this, people were almost shouting.If you want to have a pizza or pasta in a restaurant than choose a restaurant. For just a pizza the place is ok if you can get over the flaws.Sorry, just three stars.

Good place. The location is perfect for the tourist. The service 10 of 10. And the atmosphere is cool for a good dinner with your friends. I like this place so much because it's the place where I have my last dinner with my friend. I will miss him a lot but always I remember this place how the place where finished.I love you, bro, and if the destiny will bring us together I want to eat here.

Visited with my girlfriend on Friday night at around 7pm. Really great service, manager found us a table with no booking at short notice, despite having to shuffle things around. Barman recommended us drinks based on what we like. Waiter suggested dessert which was delicious. Very reasonable price given the central location, surprised I’ve not been before.Even better if: I’ve spent £60 on a meal, I don’t expect to have to pay for Parmesan on my pizza :)

Really wanted to love this place. I love mexican food and tapas and this place looked amazing.Unfortunately my high expectations were too high.Half of of the food we had was very bland and some of it was very small. We did like the duck, the chorizo and potatoes though. We'd only order these if we went againWe tried 2 of your cocktails and they we really bitter. they're a different type of cocktail compared to most other places. They look amazing but they're very marmiteService was a mixed bag. The Swedish/European guy was amazing but the other guy with the dark hair wasn't. We had to ask him twice for some garlic sauce and didn't know how to process out gift card

Amazing place. My friend and I chose Ojo Rojo because she needs a decent gluten free me u with plenty of options. We had not visited here before but willdefinitely be back again. We loved the ambience, look of the place, lovely warm welcome. Great menu choices for food and drinks. We had mulled wine 🍷 on the advice of the server. Every dish was gorgeous and as he predicted we didn't eat it all and took a doggie bag home. The guys that served us were welcoming, friendly and fun.

Great welcome and great food! Corn ribs were amazing! Everything was well cooked and presented. Great central location in Bournemouth. All the staff were really fun and engaging.

Such a fun place! Service was great, had no idea what mezcal was and our waiter was really helpful. Food was delicious, highly recommend the cauliflower tacos! Basque cheesecake was fab as well.

Came on a taco Tuesday for a birthday and had such a lovely time. The servers were all super friendly and very helpful with advice for what to order. The tacos were so amazing, and the sides did not disappoint! Had a few cocktails as well and they were so good, best spicy margarita I’ve had in a while. Would recommend for a meal out.

Really tasty and reasonable prices too! Loved the chorizo tacos definitely want to come back and try all the different tacos and more food! The nacho portion was insane for the price. The staff were absolutely lovely/ friendly the whole time! They were a real credit to the whole dinner and made the experience so wholesome! Will be back, and will be recommending to everyone! Burger was outrageously delicious & so was the hostess. A shame they’re understaffed. I think there were 3 maybe 4 staff around on the day. Tables took ages to be cleared and cleaned but the barmaid took care of us and apologised!“Boss 2.0” burger cooked well and tasted great. Atmosphere was bumping and price was a little bit more than you’d normally pay but worth it.Loaded “payday fries” were banging.Only given 4 stars due to lack of staff at the time but everything else was spot on.

Went there for lunch on a working day as it's near my office. The lunch menu is good, especially when you get a medium glass of wine as an add-on for extra £2.When I got a separate large glass of wine, I got charged £10.10, which is very steep for a not upmarket bar.The service was friendly, but you have to go to the bar to order food.

Popped in for a game of poker and were the only ones at the bar when a member of staff started to take our order. Partway through, they suddenly stopped and began making a drink for someone who had walked up after us. No explanation, no “I’ll be right back” just left us standing there mid-order like we didn’t matter.It’s not about the wait, it’s about basic courtesy and acknowledging who was there first. Really poor service, and it definitely put a damper on the experience.

Loved having lunch here. Pub has lots of personality. Events advertised, which looked appealing. I enjoyed taking pictures at the photo booth downstairs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, all of our group had burgers, chips, and slaw. Reasonably priced. Lots of choice of food and drink. I would highly recommend coming here.

Mika is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve ever met. Not only is she super friendly and easy to talk to, but she also makes amazing drinks and always nails the vibe. She’s quick, attentive, and genuinely makes everyone feel welcome. Whether you’re a regular or just stopping by for the first time, Mika makes sure you’re taken care of. She’s the kind of bartender that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend catching her behind the bar!

Great spicy chicken strips! 10/10 flavour and juiciness. Had a great time sat out in the sun with drinks and nice food. Staff are great, too.

Food and bar atmosphere were great but I waited at the bar to order drinks for 15mins and the female bartender said she won’t make any cocktails. Only beer or wine because it’s so busy.Other bartenders are making cocktails right next to her and she said no because she’s too busy?? That’s insane to me. She was just too lazy and made us order 2 beers because it was easier for her.

We visited the Bournemouth branch. Being a vegetarian we were quite impressed with the wonderful randevu or vegetarian options in authentic Thai taste.I had the best Pad Thai noodles I have ever had.I would highly recommend this restaurant. It is always crowded but has a great seating space and very close to the beach. Love the location and the quality and quantity of food it served. A must go if u are visiting Bournemouth.

Summary: decent but overpriced. Service can be better. served raw chicken and had a simple nonchalant apology.I love Thai food and was excited to try this place which apparently won awards.We had massaman curry (amazing 10/10) and Thai basil chilli chicken (average).Low rating because £15 is overpriced for curries in my opinion especially given the small portions. You have to buy sides separately and it’s almost £6 for the TINIEST bit of rice is diabolical. Literally 2-3 tablespoons. Seriously a pack of rice is £1 and you can get several portions so that’s so overpriced.The chicken was not well cooked and was pink. Sent it back and they made a fresh one. Thing is we’d already put the already half the already tiny portion of rice on the plate so that was gone and not replaced.I would have expected like maybe a little discount or extra dish or something.Finally £74 for two people in Bournemouth without even having desert or alcohol is a lot.

All the Thai food my friend and I had today were top notch! I was so surprise about the authenticity of Thai food here. Talking about spiciness, it is fresh chillies! I love it so much.One down size was that we came for lunch and the restaurant was super quite and didn't have such vibe of a restaurant. We sit in and they turn on the music. Otherwise everything was off. I understand the situation but still expect a vibe when I first stepped in.Was a good lunch, thanks so much! I will come back, probably dinner time.

Incredible experience on the taste buds and service. Thai cuisine is a favorite we were most certainly loving our meal out. During easter, we went on a trip to Bournemouth. And found the Bournemouth branch of Tiien. The atmosphere was very professional and tranquil, creating high expectations. And these expectarions were carried out expertly by a waitress named Tamana. She quickly and kindly took our orders and when we had trouble or needed extra food. Even showing us the approximate size of the dishes that we considered to order. The food delivered was excellent, rich with flavour and presented wonderfully. Over all, i wiuld recommend to all, to try this restaurant when visiting nearby, or maybe those that live there.

The servers were lovely the atmosphere was comfortable and homely in a sense and the food was amazing. Don't underestimate how hot the hot versions of the dishes are. I've had several very strong hot sauces and I couldn't handle the hot green curry. It was delicious though and I have no regrets, money well spent will be coming back. (hopefully)

I would just like to thank the staff today for not rushing us. Our afternoon tea was booked at 3.30, and we were the last people left at 5, but we had lovely sandwiches and cakes. I'm about to start chemotherapy for 6 months, and this was a lovely meet-up with my friends before it all starts and I really appreciated this afternoon.

The food was actually amazing and getting to watch the chefs make the food was great. The atmosphere was lovely and as it was my birthday they also gave me a complimentary prosecco. Only downsize was the windows needed a wash.

Brought my daughter here for her 20th birthday- she's at university here. Nice place but not as swish as it looked in the photos- chairs a bit worn. Place a little tired. However, excellent service! Very attentive and professional. Dessert and bottle of water on the house as it was her birthday which was a lovely surprise and touch- much appreciated. Food was nice. I had the risotto and that was tasty. Not amazing and not amazingly presented but nice tasting. My daughter liked her dish. Treated us to champagne each and that was lovely. A nice meal all in all.

We had a table for six for lunch on Mother’s Day weekend. The food was tasty and everyone enjoyed their meals. It seems that perhaps the restaurant was understaffed at the time as some non-waiting staff were covering tables, with the sous-chef showing clear signs of disdain/anger at this staff during service. A waiter also forgot to bring a few things ordered by the table.

We had fantastic time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Perfect food,place and service of course 🙏🏻❤️🤗

The ambience of the restaurant is great as well as lovely design and layout. The food and drinks are quite pricey, but the taste is excellent. The staff managing the restaurant are quite polite and quick on service, they are on their toes.

Staff and Chef team were super friendly. Delicious vegan options, and loved the South East Asian sambal flavours to the Buddha bowl. Would highly recommend!

My Husband and I celebrated my birthday over the weekend by staying at the hotel and having dinner there. It was the best decision we made. The food was spectacular. The Chefs special for that night was Paella and it was simply outstanding. The service was up to the mark and the atmosphere was so cozy and warm. Definitely a must try if and when in Bournemouth

Came here by chance on a day out. The staff were welcoming and we had a table overlooking the sea, which was a bit overcast. I had the duck followed by the crumble. Both dishes were delicious and great textures.

visited with some friends from out of town. Feedback was: Really enjoyed this restaurant. Good food and really good service. The views from the terrace were excellent.The menu was amazing, some really nice seafood starters. A classic good burger and some delicious stacked potatoes.Would visit again.

I recently had my birthday dinner there and I must say it was perfect! The food was delicious, drinks were amazing, atmosphere was lovely and most importantly our service was excellent! We were very well taken care of and upon arrival I received a glass of Prosecco. Very impressed with the service and it truly made the whole evening really enjoyable and relaxing. The gentleman that served us was very attentive, helpful and so kind. Will definitely be back in the near future!

We had 7 persons and were put in the corner comfortably. All dishes we ordered were tasty except the King Prawn with black rice. The black rice didn’t come with taste of prawn. But the pistachio soufflé was excellent that’s why I gave a rating of 5.

We found this place to be underwhelming. It's not as good as the Ivy or Cote, for that matter. Food is quite expensive. Cheese souffle was low on flavour. Mains weren't served hot. It was all a bit stripped down, a restaurant run by bean counters rather than lovers of hospitality.The decor was dowdy.Quite forgettable and not worth a detour, IMHO.

A lovely location. However a slightly underwhelming experience- everything was okay but we were hoping, and expecting, a more special evening for the price we paid. My seafood bouillabaisse promised so much but didn’t deliver on flavour plus I received a langoustine head but no actual langoustine 😢 and two very crispy pieces of bread. The fillet steak was cooked to perfection as was the sea bream - but our request to fillet the fish before serving was refused. Deserts were fine, again nothing special and far too much grit on top of the yummy chocolate and orange mousse.

We have just had a lovely evening celebrating my niece’s birthday. The food was absolutely delicious, my group had fish and chips, trout, Buddha bowl and the chicken supreme. All the dishes were on point, piping hot and really well executed. Our waitress, Bethany, is just lovely and made our evening even more special. We will definitely be back again when we next visit Bournemouth. Could not fault food or service and we would have 10 stars if we could have!

We only came here for coffee and dessert. And very pleasantly surprised. Dessert was good and good portions. Staff were all very friendly and efficient.

We had a wonderful lunch celebrating a graduation. Lunch menu was lovely and we were truly stuffed when we left!! Really appreciated the extra attention given to our son (complementary glass of bubbles and a congratulations chocolate brownie on a plate.)Highly recommend.

Such a lovely meal sat by the fire! All of the staff we spoke to were so nice from the minute we walked in to the minute we left. Bella, in particular, was such a sweetheart and made us feel very welcome and looked after. Food was delicious and the portions were generous which was appreciated!

Great food. Tartar sauce for the fish was excellent, the fish batter was crispy and well aerated. Fish was well good and flakey, and surprisingly not over done.Mussels, had a large portion size. But the garlic & white wine cream sauce was amazing. Although it came with a flatbread as well as the promised focaccia, which was rather odd.Service was nice, very matter of fact, which isn't a problem just could have been more friendly.Atmosphere was good, the outdoor seating was great looking over the gardens. Nice indoor areas as well.Overall really good and would recommend.Total spent for 3 mains and alcoholic drinks was £58.

Evening meal before visiting Christmas Wonderland in the Gardens. Very festive and the staff were great. Food really tasty, presented with a wide varied menu. Love the hot alcoholic drinks to warm you up. Much better and healthier than the plastic tasting stuff served up in BH2.
